  1. Well i was working on a stud and i got 450 a week but i got a house, electricity phone net etc for free, just had to buy groceries

  2. Salaries vary with the area the farm is located. I have seen salaries between 25,000 and 60,000. This usually includes housing. It also depends on the size of the yearling herd. Are you talking about 2 or 200? What are you doing with the yearlings? Basic training, grooming, fitness, and/or sales prep?

I wouldn't worry about salary - you wont have time to spend it. With yearlings I would be most concerned about life and health insurance!! LOL
