What does the ca' in ca'pesaro in Venice, Italy mean?

I'm planning a trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice, and in the guide book, one of the attractions in Venice is Ca' Pesaro, and i was wondering what the Ca' meant. does it mean palazzo or something?
