What does the essay question want me to write?

i can write the essay i jsut dont undertand what its asking beacuse of how its worded:

"to what extent do you consider that restriction on the availability of trial by jury would be a necessary and justifiable reform of the justice system"

Do you believe everyone should have the right to a trial by jury? If trial by jury was limited or restricted to certain types of cases,  would restricting that right be a justified reform of the justice system. Would it be the right thing to do?

Do you think, and if you do, to what extent, having less trials where a jury is present (so more trials with just (a) judge(s)) should be implemented. Do you think that would be a good thing to do, if so, how do you justify it?
