The above poster is not correct. The difference is the hotcakes, both come with hash browns. The deluxe has hotcakes,  the big does not. Both come with scrambled egg, sausage patty, biscuit and hash browns.

I think the only difference is the deluxe big breakfast has hash browns. So scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit, pancakes for the regular big breakfast and add the hash brown to that for the deluxe big breakfast.

I'm in Manila, and McDonald's here does NOT have the Deluxe Breakfast here, only the Big Breakfast, which consists of: Sausage patty, choice of muffin or rice (plain or garlic), scrambled eggs, and coffee or orange juice. (For the hash brown, just add 18 pesos, which is about $.45.)
