What does the moisture content of the cocunut mean??

The moisture content of the cocunut increased by 10 %.I dont know what that means its my school assignment.

When a coconut s opened, the "milk" is poured off. Sometimes that is canned. The "meat" is extracted and ground up. The 10% moisture added is added to the ground coconut meat to keep it moist in its packaging.
