What does the one mexican guy put on his corn?

There is usually this one mexican guy that goes around selling corn on a cart, i want to know what he puts on there

Can anyone tell me what he puts on there?

LIme Juice, Mayo, Chile Powder or Liquid chili, seasoned salt.

First , you must check the corn is fully cooked,  Must be soft . Put some lemon juice, then spread some Mayo, cream and try to get  some "Queso Ranchero"  on a Mexican Market  , and finally put some "Chile Piquin"   or " Chile Limon " powder .

You can also try "Queso Añejo"

sometimes they put their own version of mayo which already has lime in it. I forget the name but you can but it usually in a mexican grocer.

Mayo, cream, liquid chili, salt, lemon juice, crumbly white cheese, nacho cheese, not necessarily all of them at the same time.

mayo, parm cheese and chile powder. It is really good  and you can even put it in canned corn
