What does the orange button on the LG Rumour do and what does the SYM button do? And how do you make capitals?

I basically need the entire how- to on how to text using the LG Rumour, so I would greatly appreciate any help. I really need to know the sequence of how yu press the orange button etc.

The orange button is to use the symbols behind the letters..

Like behind the H there is ?..

As for the sequence.. Say you are texting someone:

hey whats up?

you just text/type hey whats up (hit the orange key) then hit the H for the question mark.

When you hit SYM, you get options about more symbols than the orange button..

The symbols are like:

!@#$%^&*():;.,?/  

etc.

Um... if you hit SHIFT once, the next letter you type will be capital, if you hit it twice, it's like CAPS LOCK, (a little lock will appear in the corner).. And if you want to get Caps off, just hit it a third time.

I think that should be it.
