What does the phrase pour some sugar on me mean if it's on a shirt?

Ok I have this shirt that says pour some sugar on me and there is a picture of a drink on it but I've heard that that saying is bad...is it? It says that the song refers to s*x...it's such a cute shirt, but I don't want to look like a bad person for wearing it...can someone clear this up for me please??
