  1. All it means is that you should swap your sentence around. Don't worry though because I never listen to it since it isn't accurate and you should do the same.

  2. It's usually just because you have used what Word considers to be a slightly unusual sentence structure, or you have a particularly long sentence with no punctuation (commas/colons etc) to divide it up.

Either ignore it, adjust the wording slightly or see if there should be any commas etc in there & it should be fine!

  3. It means it thinks you wrote.  Part of a sentence.  Instead of a complete sentence.

It means it thinks you wrote part of a sentence instead of a complete sentence.

Sometimes it's wrong because it picks the wrong meaning for a word and gets its' grammar wrong.  Use spell and grammar checking as a helper and not a master and don't forget to read it through again yourself.

  4. Usually it means that it is not a complete sentence because a sentence should contain a noun, adjective and verb, otherwise it is just a phrase. Other times it means it is not gramatically correct or could be shortened. For an American program it is very good on grammar.
