  1. 1) Achieve your goals by whatever means necessary including the sacrifice of your charcter. this is usually stated in the negative. "the ends do not justify the means"

    2) listen to what people say in jest "it gives you a peek into their soul"

    3) A person with great opportunities or potential can easily be stopped by bad attitudes

  2. The end justifies the means:  The results you get are worth whatever you do to make it happen.

Many a true word....:  In conversation, people often make jokes about issues which are important to them, and the jokes are often true.

Greatest limitation....:  A negative frame of mind prevents the maximum achievement for an individual.

  3. There are things that a person will never undertand. it is when all comes to an end, then one will realize how valuable such thing was. For example, you see as teenager we don't really care about our sisblings right. Boom, they dissapear, then it is then we see the means they brought into our life.

Get it, if you still not sure.
