What does the sentence means? (Maltese)?

I've tried Google translator (it auto detects as Maltese) but Google has no translator for Maltese yet... I got this from someone who sent me a text message at 3 o'clock in the morning!

hi, i'm maltese

from that phrase i can only understand two words... 'inti', which means "you"  and 'fi' which means "in".

the other words are not in maltese, of that i'm sure.

it could be that the phrase is not in maltese at all, but in another language.  google may have thought it was maltese because of those two words.
