Siberia is the fairly barren, frozen eastern region of Russia. It doesn't have a competing Olympic team.

You're going to want to look for the Russian olympic cap, which I believe is stark white with the Russian flag emblazoned on one side.

I'm afraid Siberia is a part of Russia, it's not a country on its own.
