What does the smiley face mean?

ok so on my profile there is this smiley face and i could've sworn that yesterday it wasnt smiling lol! It has my contact name (Lils1990) and then underneath it says: (people may not IM you)

So what is this smiley face? Why is it smiling now when yesterday it was looking all neutral??

  1. It usually means your on line or offline.. smiling means your online


  2. Means the mood of the day.

  3. Is it not your online/offline status for Yahoo! Messenger?

    If you're online it brightens up and smiles. If you're offline it goes a bit grey and frowns.
