To me it means God is with me.

that never really hit me as a godly song, but more of a desperation for someone. "i can feel you all around me fickeling the air im breathing." God wouldnt be "fickeling the air im breathing" so i think its someone she wants but knows she cant have. like she wants someone so bad that it takes her breath away. also "my tounge dances behind my lips for you"
