  1. That you aren't getting enough nutrients in your diet.

    You need to eat more foods that are ritch in protein,fibre,vitamins and minerals.


  2. Excessive (surplus) & Deficiency - are two terms.

  3. I have no clue whatsoever what nutrient imbalance has to do with culture at all.  It is just not having enough of something or too much of something in your diet.  

    I guess if your cultural depended heavily on one food source you good have a culturally subscribed imbalance.

    i get more nutrients, vitamins, minerals than required every day.


  5. "imbalance" means out of balance, so you could be eating too little or too much of something which is upsetting your bodily functions.

    For example, someone may be eating too much colesteral-filled foods while someone else may be getting too little Vitamin C. These would both be considered nutritional or dietary imbalances.
