Question:

What does the term "Pro-choice" mean? ?

To chose to kill, or not to kill, or something else?

What does "Pro-Life" mean, as well? To want growing babies to have the right to live, when they cannot speak on their own behalf, or to allow a baby to live, even though it is unwanted by the woman who holds it in her body? (for safe-keeping?)

What do you think?

  1. It's a euphemism for pro abortion

    and its horrible

  2. Pro-Choice is when a woman can choose to have an abortion and kill her unwanted baby for whatever reason. It is sometimes used as a means for birth control which really makes me sick. If a woman doesn't want a baby, she can either choose not to have s*x or use reliable birth control.

Pro-Life is a belief that life begins at conception. A woman who decides to have s*x without protection knows that if she gets pregnant, she will do the responsible thing and not kill her unborn baby. If she doesn't want a baby, she can easily give the baby up for adoption to a loving couple who want a baby desperately.

  3. It means pro abortion.

Pro life means the baby has a right to live.

  4. i agree with the dude before me, this question is more than it is on the surface.  but just in case you didnt know. pro-choice: the woman gets to decide if she wants the baby. pro-life: the baby most be born, cannot be aborted. So yeah, if you ask for my opinion, i am more of a pro life, even if the baby gets born into a life where no one wants him, he still has himself, and with pure willpower i believe he can make it no matter what obstacles.

  5. Pro-choice means you can choose to have an abortion or not because they're legal. Or you simply just support the idea or a woman choosing to have an abortion or have the baby. Pro-life means abortion is made illegal and the woman is forced to have the baby regardless, or at least that's the ideal you support.

  6. To me, pro-choice means a person/s who are arrogant enough to think they have a right to choose life or death of another person.

Pro-life means that you believe life starts at conception and if you are religious, a baby means you received a gift from God.

  7. Im gonna have to agree with burt on this one.

  8. "Pro choice" is the liberal feminist view that the child living inside of them can be classified as a lump of cells, and is disposable. The very term "pro choice" is veiled at best, considering those who choose life are branded as controlling or religious nuts. In reality, these folks are not pro choice, but rather pro death, despite how it is spun to make it more appealing.

  9. I think this is a rant thinly disguised as a question.

  10. pro choice is a cloak for free murder of unborn children. to bad this can't be applied to the prison system for molesters. that i am pro choice for.

  11. prochoice means you support a woman's right to choose whether or not she wants an abortion.

It has nothing to do with being pro-death, etc.

Its just what it says: pro-CHOICE.

the woman should have the choice. Not the government.

pro-life means you are against abortion and think no one should have an abortion because it is the right of the child to live.

  12. To me, if you are "pro-choice" with your baby, then you must be pro-choice for everything. If I decide to run my truck through the democratic convention, then I made a choice and there should be no repercussions. While I understand this is extreme, it is the same thing to me... murder.

i also am of the opinion that, if faced with a retroactive abortion decision being made about them, most would choose life. In other words, if I offered to abort the lives of pro-choicers, or at least have a discussion about it, that they would argue considerably. Since I have yet to meet a baby that can make a convincing argument, I feel I need to make that argument for them.

It will be interesting to see how many Pro choicers report me, because it is my opinion.
