What does the vietnamese meaning of "huan"?

my boyfriend's name is huan and hes really obsessed with me giving him a sentimental nickname ._________. so i randomly got curious about the meaning of his name but when i googled it, there were no results. huan is not a very common name in vietnamese or any other country, i dont think. is anyone vietnamese who knows the origin/meaning? that would be awesome. thanks!
