What does the warning "A Script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 9 to run slowly" mean?

That occurred when I was on a david cook/american idol website and it was loading the page. I wasn't watching any videos nor did I have any open at the time. I would call it a pretty "media heavy" website though, and it always takes a long time to load. What does that mean?

I'm sure you have noticed a lot of sites now automatically play videos when you hit the site.  If some code executes for a too long time (10-15 seconds) the player assumes it's an infinite loop (it will continue forever) and pops up that message to avoid halting of the Flash Player. There most likely is a problem with Flash Player or part of it may be incompatible with the site. Anyway, clicking Yes will simply abort the scripts, probably rendering the player useless.

It means that a function (like a button being pressed to go to a scene) it making to go slow, it could be the quality..
