  1. My best guess is the setter is being to dramatic with the form.  This is can be a good thing when learning to set, to exaggerate your form, example your follow through.  It can also hurt a team when you get to more advanced level.  This makes it easy for the other teams defense to see where the ball is going and easier for them to block or dig the ball.  At least that is what I would think someone was talking about when saying a "drama setter".

    unless youre reffering to that "one player" who always sets the mood for drama in the room... other than that, nothing.

  3. Its a setter that either is very overdramatic in her form when she sets or anything in the sport.  OR it could be a setter who is very dramatic and emotional and plays based on her emotions therefore very dramatic.
