    I think it means a Fisher who has hauled in a 350 pound Golden Wart Fish onto the boat and the Fish say's "Is this YOU'RE hook in my MOUTH !!!!!!! in a voice so loud the water vibrates.

    The Fisher opens & then closes mouth.

    That's a Squimish Fisher!
