  1. Outspoken is when you choose to speak when it's not your place to speak.

In simpler words, you speak out when you shouldn't. And like the answer above says, you have no regard for anyone else's feelings, or how they may feel after you have said what you're about to say.

You don't look before you leap, you just jump right out there and say what you want, even when your opinion is not needed at that moment. If you are outspoken, then you don't wait your turn to have your say,

  2. Outspoken means speaking upfront, concise, and to the point.  It is usually complimentary.

  3. The person who is having outstanding performance

  4. Outspoken is more like speaking your mind without regard for the feelings or opinions of others. It can be a BAD thing. It has nothing to do with race or gender, but rather simple manners. Good manners means you regard the feelings of others. Bad manners mean you do not regard the feelings of others. Being outspoken hurts people sometimes. It is also referred to as being blunt, sort of like using a sledgehammer on a thumbtack.

  5. Basically when someone is outspoken it means they are very opinionated. When they have something to say they don't hold back. They tell the truth like it is, whether people want to hear it or not.
