- Resales of existing capital equipment ar enot counted

-investment by foreigners in the U.S. is not counted

-investment to replace capital that was used up in the production of the year's output is not counted

-depreciation must be added to gross investment

  3. To get the domestic net you would not count the investments by foreigners.  That leaves you with only domestic.

  4. From what I've read I believe the answer is "investment by foreigners in the U.S. is not counted".  

    Domestic meaning -  of, relating to, or originating within a country and especially one's own country
