I asked this question once before and someone told me the word each symbol meant but I was wondering if someoen knows what this means and could also tell me what this tattoo means. I was told it means live for the day or something along those lines. With your translation could you tell me not only what it means word for word but what the jist is of what its saying?

First character represents life, second represents the present. So, current life. "Life for the day" could be a respectable translation.
