  6. it is kinda like a cat purring it means they are very content and sometimes it means leave me alone

  7. its sense of protection.

  8. Guinea pigs make a lot of weird noises all the time.  It's one of their quirks.  It might mean she's hungry, or happy, or she wants some attention.

  9. It means she wants to eat. Used to have one.

  10. check its teeth

  11. take the guinea pig to the vet

  12. If it sounds like kind of screeching.. like a tiny tiny tiny scream hahahah sounds funny but i know what you're on about.

it just means that they are generally happy i do believe.

  13. If it is a high pitched week week sound over and over, it probably meens that she is hungry or wants something, try giving her a carrot or celery she should stop, but if not , sorry, i dunno..hope i helped :D

  14. by gurgling i don't really know what you mean... but if it's more like a purring noise that means she's in her mating season. but don't get any ideas! mating guinea pigs is an extremely risky procedure and should be left to the experts. if it's not like that however, she's probably just making her guinea pig noises.

  15. maybe they r just happy i think they makea cute noise

  17. Um, I think I know what you mean but I am not positive I have 2 guinea pigs and if i know what your talking about it is ok because my g****a pigs make that noise all of the time.

  18. It means your guinea pig is hungry or wants you to give it some 'quality time.'  Guinea pigs are great pets, and if you take good care of them they don't make that noise ... but if they do it, you should ALWAYS go look, give it some food if it's not 'stuck' somewhere, and stay awhile ... they don't like getting lonely!

  19. Is she near another guinea pig? Or is your hand in her cage or glass? If so, she wants it to go away, or it's bothering her. Or, either she's hurt or hungry. :)

  20. That is called 'wheeking'. The 'gurgling' type of wheeking is a general noise of contentment they make when being pet or exploring the cage. A louder, screechy wheeking means she wants attention or food.
