  1. Calle Bulto is the name of the street

No. 18 is the building number in this street

and Piso 10A is floor 10 apartment A

  2. It Calle Bulto 18, or Bulto Street 18, and then apartment 10A.

Could be a building with on every floor just two apartments, or perhaps one with an A and B wing.

  3. Jzzy has it right.  Street numbers, inmany european countries, come after the Street name.  Such is True in Spain.  No. means number (abbreviation for número, but it´s the same in English, anyway, so that part should be obvious).  Apartments in Spain are very often two to the floor, Piso means floor, or apartment designation.  The letter being the actual apartment number.  Very often you´ll see Derecha (or just Da or Dª) or Izquierda (Ia. or Iª), indicating whether you take the door to the right or left as you exit the elevator.

BE sure to write SPAIN in large letters after the city, so our (often stupid) American post office can figure out what country it´s going to.  You can use proper international postal country abbreviations, and they still s***w it up.

  4. calle bulto = bulto road/ street

    no 18 = number 18 (road number)

    piso 10 A = 10th floor, A door

(In Spain the people  normally live in buildings, and in every plant(floor) of the building to differentiate every home(fireplace) of itassigns to each one a letter A-B-C...)

I think this address is in Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain:D

  5. Calle Bulto    Bulto St.

no. 18    house number in thyis street

Piso 10 a    number of the apartment
