This guy always smiles when I am happy and when I am seroius he just looks at me seriously as he is trying to?

Why does he smile, it seems that he is glad when I am in a good mood... he is just an acquitance /co-worker and nothing else...and when ever I am seroius or upset he looks at me intently as he is trying to read me.....the other day I was upset he was nearby he started blinking his eyelids nervously why does he act like this

I have spoken to him on one or two occasoins...he really gives me strong eye contact and smiles alot,he has done me one or two favours and was teasing me once also I saw his eyes shining and watery when I was speaking to him what does that mean..also he locked eyes with me for more than 4 seconds and was really seroius faced

Dont tell me that you didnt understand what all these indications mean.......Well dear he likes you,and reason for avoiding you now is......maybe somebody told him to avoid you as you were avoiding him or maybe he avoids you thinking you dnt like him.I think you should behave normal with him.Talk to him,if nothing much atleast he can be your good friend.Think about it.There's no harm.

Simple breakdown of body language,...blinking is a sign of comprehension, if he blinks a lot, but not "batting" his eyelids, it simply means he's listening to what you are saying and actually paying attention. He is trying to read you,he wants to know if he can help or should keep his mouth shut and leave you alone. He'd like to know you better...but something holds him back, if you're married or openly in a relationship, it's called respect. If you're single, it's still called respect. He could be the type of guy that could make a great friend. Or he's a player worthy of an Oscar. You should get to know him if you want/can and then decide.
