What does this blood test show?

Age:17 Gender: Male

i got a cbc done and everything else fell into normal range except High RBC which was 5.61 normal is (3.80-5.20), High Hemoglobin 16.3 normal is (11.6-14.8), and High Hematocrit 49.6 normal is (34.0-46.0) i know they all have to do with red blood cells i may hav too much but is this anything to worry about

Just be sure you aren't taking any supplements with iron. Have your blood checked again in a few months to see if this is a trasient situation.

Your levels could be a sign of dehydration, or  a lack of oxygen from smoking.
