What does this dream mean? I felt a sensation so strange that it woke me up?

I graduated about a month ago and i liked this guy. he appeared in my dream last night but he was much older (he looked 45 or older) and offered to take me to the beach. i said maybe then he offered to give me a back massage. so i leaned over him and let him touch my back and he did the technique. He put pressure on a bone in the center of my back and it was extremely painful! I was in agony pain waiting for it to be over. Yet, it also was pleasurable! It felt like an o****m happening all over my body but there was so much agony pain and pressure being felt on my back. He was towards finishing the technique but i woke up because it was so painful.

What does this mean? please help.
