My grandpa died in May '08 and my grandma gave us his car. My dad doesn't really like my brother and I taking it out because he's afraid we might crash it or something (both of us has our license) and you can tell its special to him.

But anyways, the other day I drove it to work and everything was fine. That night or the night after, I had a dream that I drove it to work again and as I was leaving, I saw a lady sitting in the back seat crouching over. I opened the drivers door and I was like, why the h**l are you in my car and she moved to the front seat and held a gun and said for me to be quiet but me being who I am, didn't listen to her. That went on for a minute or two and I asked her if I could call my mom to tell her and she let me. I woke up right after with my right hand numb.

What does this dream? Is it trying to tell me not to drive my grandpa's car at night after work or like I care about what happens to the car? Why was my hand numb? It was just on the side of me.

  1. You don't understand why your grandmother will not allow you use of the car, so the female in the back is unknown to you, you think, but is really your grandmother, just a side of her unknown; the gun represents the power that she holds over you.

She allows you to call your mom because you know she still cares and gives you rights to many other nice, real, cool things that you want to do around the house, etc.

You not listening to her is just rebellion against authority, and maybe, just maybe the numbness resides because of your failure to listen; it is a punishment, a reminder, that you did not listen and should have.
