What does this dream mean? Please answer?!?!?

Question

I was in my school lunchroom (well my old school lunchroom, I graduated 8th grade last month) and I was sitting with my best friends. Well one of my friends does something to make me mad so I get up and walk away to a table of all guys and one girl who I have always hated. The only seat open the next to her, so I sat down and tried to ignore her. Then, she said if I was gonna cry I could use an envelope to dry my tears? So I grab a little peice of the envelope and she pulls out a tissue. I'm sitting there crying when I turn around and there is sitting my ex- boyfriend in a red/white striped shirt. I can tell he wants me to come over there, but I won't. Then, his best friend who is sitting a couple of seats away is like go over there, he wants you to go over there. I get up to walk over but then I see there is something on the back of my pants. I look down and it kinda looks like snot. I wipe it off and then I can see everyone is looking at me and I start laughing. I then woke up, so Inever made it over there to him. What does this dream mean?

being looked at by someone and you are laughing = attention seeking

You may be feeling left out in your social life.  You ultimately are seeking for some attention in reality.  Whether they mean good or bad, you just want people to know the existence of you.  

Projecting not able to make it over to your ex boyfriend may symbolize some helplessness in you. In other words, you are feeling lack of support from your friends.  The support you feel may not be enough for you and the attention you have also are vague to you and basically you vent out all your feelings in this dream.

I could be way off base here so sorry if i am... just from my experiences this is what i take from it! The other people in the dream seem to be just the road to leads to what is going on. The pilot if you will...

Like you crave relationships, but you are stubborn and know what is truely best for you? So in your dream you are sorta giving in when in life you would not do that, because you deny the part that of youself that would go over there even though there is part of you that would want to get back together with him. *I am not an expert interpreter I am probably wrong*
