dream strts out & I'm in some sort of big buildng w/ escalatrs & stairs & many floors. Theres a lot of mentaly distresed people thre and one is really confsed. He's about my age and obvously is special needs person. We get alng realy wel & for some reasn I talk to my friend l8r & I say I want have s*x with this guy (no, I dn't have any control over this, believe me). We wer both workin at this place and she says "yeah". Wel I was a lil too skitsh in the dream to go out & buy a condom so I just took some plastic wrp from the kitchn. I meet with the guy and I say we need to go someplace secretve for s*x So we wonder around place a while & we come up a few floors to where *I kid you not* Jan from The Office was (aparently she in charge of buildin). She asks why we meandring and I answer truthfuly so she gives me a condom. We go out of there & we lose each othr in the crowds a few times & we can't find anywher to do it. I see my bff & she ask if I did it & I say we couldnt.

if it was Vivid, then it has meaning, sometimes vivid dreams can have sexual overtones that seem weird, but the message in it is clear, your sexual desires were driving you to experience this but something was being an obsticle for you to carry out the act, perhaps this was a cue to be careful with sexual partners and to have more meaning in your relationships before carrying out the physical side of it.
