  3. The cows are raised normally.  It sounds like you are reading a cheese label.  It means the cows didn't receive the BST growth hormone (most don't these days) and that the cheese was made with a non-animal based coagulant.

  4. It means that the cows didn't receive the hormone while alive and pasturized means that it was cooked sorta  speak to prevent bacteria such as salmonella and e coli.
