What does this facts say about a city?

i was checking out the official page of murder robbery , and sexual assault rates at miami and something interesting came up!

the rates of murder , robbery and every other kind of illegal activity BUT rape is HIGHER than in any other city of the united states , now my question is : if men dont rape women in this city , does that mean that the majority of women are easy in miami , and so men dont have to rape anyone to get some ? becuase i think thats what i see around me everyday ..

Your question doesn't make sense, and men don't rape to "get some." Rapists rape because they are violent, out of control sociopaths looking to control someone and take out their rage on others.

Using that logic, you could also say that most men that are seeking rape victims are too busy to rob or murder anybody. I doubt it, though. :)

There are other factors at play here.  Rape goes often unreported.  Also, some police departments deliberately fail to report some crimes, they may classify a sexual assault as a regular assault or some type of s*x abuse to avoid getting too many rape cases.

Woman are 'easy'?  I don't it's the woman's fault that theyre being raped. All depends on how the country controls their crimes.

The rates of rape go up during Summer months in most places.  Since Miami is in a constant Summer it makes it logical that the rates of rape are higher.  I think it is probably only coincidental that they are higher than L.A., San Antonio and other larger cities with warm climates.

men don't rape to get some - they rape for power. maybe the women there are under-reporting. it's too hard to tell with just straight numbers. for example, is this based upon per capita? how below the expected average is it? In statistics anythign less than 10% from the projected amt is not much. I would need more info to be sure of anything.
