  1. First, it is two letters 'ᄃ' and 'ᅦ' and is pronounced 'dae'.  I could not find this in my dictionary or Yahoo Babel Fish so I don't know if it is a word.  Where did you see this?

Well, 방글라데시 is just Bangladesh is Korean (bang-gul-ra-de-s**+).  Ã«ÂÂ° can be used to make the sound 데, maybe someone has more information but I can't find it to be a word, prefix, or suffix.  The closest thing I could come up with is 그런데 which means 'but' or 'by the way', but most Koreans use the whole word or the ending 지만 for 'but'.

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I am still a little confused on what you mean.  I don't know how much Korean you know.  What you are asking is the same as: "What does the letter 'fo' mean in English and how do you use it?"  You use it when you need the sound 'fo' like in 'forever' or 'fox' but 'fo' by itself really doesn't mean anything.  And from what I know the same goes for 데.  I hope that helps.

  2. 데 means "place"
