What does this mean, " This is our now."?

That instead of planning to do something in the future, remember that you only have "now" to do it in, and that this moment is the "now" in which you should act.

I think it means that people come and go over the times.

We are on Earth NOW.  This is our time to make a difference to what is happening at the moment.
