What does this mean.......10 points!!?

Question

what does this mean, when i try to click on a shortcut on my pc, it shows this and i've try restarting my pc, and everything. how do i make this go away, and open it? i've also tried clicking on it from my documents. please help computer geniuses!!

this is what it says.......

please reporting the following error to her interactive technical support

error: access to the path 'car_dim.jpg' is denied.

It  could be your system files are mucked up you need to do a scan to fix them

C:\ right click properties tools error check click it and when new box pops up tick the small box to fix errors click ok and reboot when windows reboots B4 it finishes rebooting it will scan your disk and fix errors then restart

I do mine every 3/4 weeks.  I had my computer not shutting down did scan it found 5 files that were not indexed fixed them now shuts down very quick

it might be that your anti virus program is blocking the file since it might treat the file as a virus. but i am not 100% certain

it hates the jpg

car_dim.jpg

see if you can put it in a wordpad page

if not it hates that jpg

If it worked fine last week than try a system restore. Go to...

start

>control panel

  >Performance and maintenance

    >System Restore (very left under 'see also')

Set the restore to a week ago or whenever the computer was working fine.

I have no idea so I suggest that you should call a computer expert and ask them about it. They might be able to help you.
