What does this mean? Am I going crazy?

This month has been EXTREMELY stressful and it's caused me to go to sleep at about 6:00am and wake up at 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm. Well, this morning I had a dream I was sitting on my couch staring out the window watching fireworks and the fireworks fell on to all the trees catching EVERYTHING on fire.

Then I looked away and looked back and the world was on fire.

What does this mean? And is it stress related?

It makes me feel like I'm going crazy.

Thank you for your help.

Perhaps it's telling you to slow down and rest for a while being able to have alone time is always vital then again it could just be another dream sometimes dreams stay with you longer than most and they make you think, but if you think about it this dream could possibly be adding to your stress so don't worry so much about it

Try relaxing a little at least for about 30 minutes a day, do some reading or listening to some calming music may help you relieve some of your stress. good luck!
