What does this mean?? (Please Help!!)?

Well i started school a couple of days ago and there's this guy that i had seen the year before but i didn't know him because he had totally different classes, but this year he has some of my classes and during math class our seats are in a position where he can see me and i can see him and i always see him starting at me and like i can see him looking at me from the corner of my eye and when i look at him he looks away.
