Yeah i thought it was poorly said too. It's a line from a movie I know what it means but it just sounded weird.

  1. It's hard to say without context, but it sounds like someone is saying "you" don't fit in somewhere, due to the way you look (or are dressed/ made up).  They are also saying that "you" didn't ever fit in there (whether because you don't look the part, or act the part, I can't tell).

    It could be either positive or negative, depending on context, but my guess would be something like: you're too good looking/ well dressed to fit in there.
