What does this mean if i did this in my dream?

last nighti was half asleep and i was convinced my cheer squad was in my room, doing stunts. so i actually got out of my bed started doing it but after i realized that it was 3 in the morning and why would they be in my room then? but i kept doing it, because i didnt want to get in trouble with my coach. finally, i stopped after i couldnt see my squad anymore. the night before, i thought my coach was in my room, yelling for me to do a cheer. what does this mean?

    Based off all these I can see you could be anxious/nervous/overworked/stressed. It could be some hidden meaning, like your confidence level, but to me it sounds more like you are stressed and overworked. Try relaxing in a hot bath and/or maybe going to bed a little earlier.

  3. It  could mean your over tired..Are you doing to much training and trying to do studies also.. Is the coach putting too much pressure on you.. Sleep walking or vivid dreams can be caused from stress... If that is the case then settle your priorities and leave the cheer squad , its not worth it.. Your health is more important..Especially your mental health...
