  1. It says Yisrael (pronounced in hebrew meaning Israel). More than likely it was used for a name of a person.

    The term Yisrael was only used since about 100 years ago, prior to that it was called Eretz Yisroel, therefore it is more than likely belonged to a man with the name Yisrael (or Yisroel)
