This is all about the AC power source.  120 volts at 60Hz is the standard American power coming out of your wall socket.  65 watts is the average amount of power used in 1 hour.  An HDTV designed for use in America would have the same 120v 60Hz.  The watts used will vary between different TVs, HD or not.

    120av volts is the highest input of power your tv can take for operation.

    65 w watts is also how much power your tv consumes for operation, or in this case, it can also mean how much power the built in speakers can take for maximum output.
