What does this mean on pokemon diamond?? ?

k so after I got all the pokemon in sinnoh I got the national dex, right, so when I came out dawn said have u talked to my lil sis? so I went to see her, and she said theres been a massive outbreak in pokemon. What does this mean?!? and how do u kno what pokemon it is?

What that means is there is a outbreak of a certain pokemon somewhere in sinnoh. It could be a sinnoh pokemon or a pokemon from another region to add to your national dex. Everyday there is a different pokemon massive outbreak. To check what pokemon it is, all you have to do is watch the tv in Dawn's sisters house.
