I think it should be open to your own interpretation. I'm sure you have something in mind as to what it means, right?

However, it's in black and white so it may be a sad or serious issue (not a race issue though). Both are opposite when in comes to gender, hair color, hair length, position, and perhaps conscience or awareness. She is looking into her mirror because she is probably self-conscious about her image. However, the man seems to be faded, and there is no sign that he is worried about how he looks. Her back is towards the viewer so she may have something to hide. That is why she is reflecting as to what has occurred in the mirror.
