What does this mean ^^ ??

Are supposed to be a variation of a happy face. The two '^' are supposed to be eyes that are closed and curved, like when you are happy/smiling hard.

^__^  --> Smiling with a mouth (the underscore)

^O^ --> Smiling with an open mouth/ nose (The 'O')

=^__^= --> Smiling with whiskers, like a cat (The '=')

^.^ --> Smiling with a nose/mouth (The period)

^__^" --> Smiling, but in an embarrassed sort of way. (The quote is something like beads of sweat)

And there are so many other variations XD
