does it mean 8 pm or 6 pm?

cause i was looking at canada post and it said time closes 18:00

based on 24 hour clock that is 6pm

noon is 1200

midnight is 2400

For afternoon time, merely subtract 12

18:00 is the same as 12 noon + 6:00

from Midnight till noon the time is correct -- after noon yuo simly take away 12 and you wil get the time

ex - 18:00 would be 18-12 or  6
