    The only changes I would make are:

    "kinakatta" to "konakatta". The correct casual negative of the verb "kuru" is "konai". The past tense of "konai" is "konakatta" not "kinakatta".

    I would change "mata" to "mada". The word "mata" means "again" which doesn't seem to fit here. But, "mada" can mean "not yet" or "still" when used in negative sentences and either of those expressions seem to work better in your example sentence.

    So, I would translate it as

    "Ohiru wa nani ga ii deshouka"

    (What should we have for lunch?)

    "Nani ga ii deshou wa ne"

    (Hmm. Good question. What should we have...)

    "Emairu wa mada konakatta. Dou shiyou?"

    (Still no email. What should we do?)
