What does this mean when stated in a job ad?

when searching for a job, and u come across an ad that say "reply to .......", does that mean that Ishould send in a resume or I should just send in contact information & let them know that I'm interested?? I'm new to job searching. Please help!! Thanks in advance!!

The person placing the ad expects a resume including contact information and a cover letter stating why you are a good candidate for the position and thanking them for their attention to your reply.

if it is a phone number, call, if an address, send a cover letter and a resume.  further, try to find more  contact info and call and show up, do what ever it takes to get noticed ( in a postive manner)
