Australia wants to train native Australians (Aboriginals) to work in the local diamond mines.  The Aborignals are having problems finding jobs.

The Eskimos (Aboriginies, native people) are getting free training for a job, so they don't get discriminated against for not having education, it's affirimative action, kind of. Affirmative action gives minorities (like not white people, or under-educated people) jobs, based on their minority status. It's good for their eskimo communities and their families by stimulating their local economy. I hope this helps, you can google affirmative action for a better eplanation. :)
