What does this mean?and what will they do?

we got a notice from Philadelphia Environmental Improvement Program, saying that they will be coming to inspect our house.For stuff such as rats and insects.

So can someone tell me what to expect?

They're gonna come inside your house and look for rats and insects...that's pretty straight forward.

A couple of dudes in overalls will show up at your door with instruments to listen to your walls and stuff. I would take the day off and make sure the house was tidy.
